Experiential and Interactive WholeLife Coaching is done by:

Asking powerful, insightful questions that allows you to have deep awareness.
Motivating you to set focused goals and stay on course.
Listening in between the words and supporting you through your life situations.
Acting as a inspirational sounding board repeating back insightful information.
Guiding you through different visualization exercises that allow you to awaken to greater clarity and self discovery.
Holding you accountable and responisible for forward movement.
Listening without judgment and valuing your life path.

You will feel secure and relaxed, in a sacred, judgement-free space of confidentiality. The focus is completely on you and your needs. A typical life coaching relationship begins with an initial in-take session. In each session, you choose the focus, while Laurie elicits solutions and strategies.
